Due to the nature of fragrance oils and perfume raw materials, we only accept returns or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

You may update your shipping address before your order is shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the courier’s website.

We currently ship within the Philippines only. International shipping is not available at this time.
