It makes fragrance thinner, or less viscous, so that it diffuse easily.

-Complete diffuser refill base mixture for car diffuser or reed diffuser.
the refill is unscented until you add your choice of fragrance oil

-Good for making car hanging diffuser, home and room reed diffusers.

Available in 500ml and 1 Liter.
