Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Because fragrance oils and perfume raw materials are sensitive and consumable products, we only accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, leaking, or defective upon arrival
  • The item received is incorrect or does not match your order

All requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed products
  • Change of mind or incorrect scent preference
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item, including the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests without proper documentation may not be approved.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized before sending any items back. Approved return instructions will be sent via email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved and verified, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
